There is no dress code. You'll see everything from casual clothes to Sunday best.
WHAT DOES A SUNDAY FEEL LIKE?
Our Sunday gathering includes worship through music, prayer, Scripture, and a practical Bible-centered message. You are welcome to participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ARRIVE?
When you arrive, come on in and make yourself at home. Our team will be available if you need help finding anything, and you're welcome to find a seat wherever you're comfortable. We won't single you out or put you on the spot. We simply want you to feel welcome.
YOUR KIDS HAVE A PLACE HERE
Children begin the service with their families and head to their classes during the sermon.

SPROUTS
Ages 5–10
Kids have an opportunity to learn a Bible lesson, sing, pray, and enjoy fun age-appropriate activities.

WHAT TIME IS SERVICE?
Our Sunday morning service begins at 11:00 AM.

Village Baptist Church is located in Petaluma, California.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Come as you are. You’ll see people dressed casually as well as people who like to dress up. There is no dress code.
WHAT IS THE SERVICE LIKE?
Our Sunday gathering includes worship through music, prayer, Scripture, and a practical Bible-centered message. You are welcome to participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?
We have two classes available during our Sunday morning service:
- Noah’s Ark — Ages 0–4
- Sprouts — Ages 5–10
Children remain with their families during the beginning of the service and go to their classes during the sermon. In their classes, kids learn a Bible lesson, sing, pray, and participate in fun age-appropriate activities.
HOW LONG IS THE SERVICE?
Our Sunday service usually lasts around 90 minutes.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ARRIVE?
When you arrive, our team will be available to welcome you and help you find where you need to go. After the service, you can also stop by our Connect area so we can meet you and answer any questions.
DO I HAVE TO GIVE MONEY?
No. There is no expectation for guests to give. You are welcome to simply come and worship with us.
